Last updated on: 2026-05-30  |  Updated by: MAGNI Docs Team

Welcome to the central documentation index for Magni Dashboards. The platform provides tailored interfaces designed to optimize administrative control, track production quality, and manage organizational workflows. Depending on your credentials and active modules, you will have access to the following dashboard systems:

Available Dashboards

1. Admin Dashboard

The centralized workspace for learning management governance and executive system metrics. It provides high-level administrative visibility and coordinates learning tracks across the platform.

  • Visible To: Administrators and System Administrators.
  • Key Capabilities: Switch between customized metrics views via the Dashboard Selection dropdown, modify interface widgets dynamically, and manage learning frameworks directly using the integrated Course Catalog.

2. Checklists Dashboard

The main operations hub for auditing, field inspections, standard tracking, and multi-layered approval workflows. It displays specific toolsets dynamically based on your organization's configuration and your precise user clearance.

  • Visible To: Operators, QA/MFG Supervisors, and Quality Managers.
  • Key Capabilities: Launch active process and product inspections, review pending quality submittals via Supervisor/Manager approval card systems, track logged issues, and evaluate trends using analytical checklist reports.

Dynamic Dashboard Tips

  • Role-Based Visibility: Interface components, summary cards, and administrative capabilities adjust automatically based on your user profile permissions.
  • Workspace Optimization: The system automatically optimizes layout constraints (such as collapsing structural navigation sidebars) when working with extensive analytical reports or complex dashboards to prioritize screen space for data tables and charts.
  • Missing System Views: If a specific oversight card, approval stream, or control widget is not visible, verify with your system administrator that your profile possesses the appropriate role assignments and that the respective feature flags are enabled. index.md Displaying index.md.
