Welcome to the Learner Workspace center. This directory serves as the centralized documentation hub mapping all student, user, and operator-focused interfaces within the Magni platform. The Learner interface provides tools to manage assigned curricula, interact with smart evaluation metrics, group topics into vaults, track personal order histories, and execute compliance training.

Depending on your configuration and course progress, your workspace spans across the following documentation segments:

Core Operational Areas​

1. Learner Dashboard​

The central homepage and navigation command center for your entire learning path.

  • Key Capabilities: Access quick-navigation shortcut cards for active courses or quizzes, search for localized personal learning vaults, and filter related training tracks dynamically.

2. Learner Courses — List​

The tracking ledger displaying your personalized assigned training history, ongoing lessons, and credentials.

  • Key Capabilities: Resume recent modules instantly using the Last Accessed Course Card, toggle between system-provided or partner courses, filter records by progress tabs (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Upcoming, Expired), and manipulate layout pagination matrices.

3. Learner Courses — Detail​

The comprehensive view tracking specific individual course paths, metadata parameters, and module contents.

  • Key Capabilities: Review required learning hour estimates, verify dynamic lock-in expiration counters, analyze course behavioral requirements via Mandatory Status badges, audit specific lesson sequences, and download accredited qualification credentials.

4. Learner Quiz & Assessments​

The interactive portal housing assigned exams, questionnaires, knowledge checks, and subjective tasks.

  • Key Capabilities: Track countdown time thresholds via the Exam Header Timer, input multi-format question responses (e.g., Drag & Drop, Numerical Ranges, or Subjective tasks), view multi-tab warning safeguards, and engage real-time AI grading workflows.

5. Learner Groups​

A structured matrix grouping related assessments and contextual quizzes by functional categories.

  • Key Capabilities: Search assigned learning groups alphabetically, expand group chevron paths to display nested assignments, evaluate specific attempt histories, and launch immediate testing modules.

6. Learner Transcripts & Reports​

The compliance record tracking your chronological professional development history, learning hours, and test percentages.

  • Key Capabilities: Filter historical course logs by active or expired streams, toggle column data matrices, download verified certificates, and export your transcript profile data directly to an Excel spreadsheet.

7. Courses Catalog & Store​

The central digital repository built to scale your knowledge base through discovery and enrollment.

  • Key Capabilities: Browse new organizational training blocks, purchase additional course assets, and review eCommerce integration features.

8. Order Checkout & History​

The complete purchasing ledger and transaction review portal within the platform.

  • Key Capabilities: Evaluate shopping carts on the Learner Order Review page, register guest credentials, select regional billing configurations for tax accuracy, retry failed payment captures instantly via the dashboard, and extract download-ready PDF receipts.

Workspace Best Practices​

  • Quick-Resume Efficiency: Always check the Last Accessed Course Card at the top of your layout after authentication to jump straight back into active training blocks without navigating complex menus.
  • Expiration Safeguards: Pay strict attention to dynamic course expiration indicators. Once your first lesson is initialized, the system locks in the absolute calendar deadline based on your specific enrollment contract timeframe.
  • Quiz Continuity: When executing an evaluation module, utilize the explicit Save & Exit button if you need to pause. Avoid closing browser tabs directly to protect your latest synchronized progress state.
