The Certificate Viewer page allows learners and examinees to view and access certificates earned upon successful completion of a quiz. This page automatically verifies your eligibility and displays your official certificate in a secure PDF viewer.

Certificate Viewer Area​

When you successfully pass a quiz that has an associated certificate, the certificate is displayed directly on this page in an interactive PDF viewer. You can view, scroll, and read your certificate details here.

Conditional Status Messages​

Depending on your quiz score, the quiz settings, or your organization's subscription plan, you may see one of the following status messages instead of a certificate:

  • Not Eligible Warning: This message appears if no certificate is linked to the quiz you took, or if your quiz score did not meet the minimum requirements to earn the certificate.
    • Message: "No Certificate is linked to this quiz OR Your quiz score did not meet Certificate requirements."
  • Certificate Features Disabled Alert: This message appears if certificate features are not enabled for your organization's account.
    • Message: "To enable Certificate features, please upgrade your account, contact sales@magni.ai"

View CertificateNavigate to this page after completing a quiz. If you met the requirements, your certificate will automatically load in the viewer.
Contact Sales to Enable CertificatesIf you see the "Certificate Features Disabled" alert, click the sales@magni.ai link within the message to send an email requesting an account upgrade.

Tips​

  • Check Quiz Requirements: If you did not receive a certificate, check the quiz details page to verify the minimum passing score required for certificate eligibility.
  • Print or Save: Depending on your browser's PDF viewer settings, you can use standard browser controls (such as right-clicking the PDF or using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to print or save a copy of your certificate.
  • Contact Your Administrator: If you believe you met all requirements but still see a "Not Eligible" warning, contact your system administrator or instructor to verify if a certificate has been properly linked to the quiz.
