Content Access Control — Detail

Last updated on: 2026-05-25  |  Updated by: MAGNI Docs Team

The Content Access Control (CAC) Detail page in Magni allows administrators to view the specific access restrictions, expiration dates, and view limits configured for a piece of media content. This page provides a read-only summary of how the selected content is shared and tracked, ensuring administrators can easily monitor access controls.

Page Sections

The breadcrumb trail at the top of the page allows you to quickly navigate back to the Admin Dashboard or the main Content Access Controls list.

Detail Card

This card displays the configuration details for the selected Content Access Control.

  • Check View Limits Early: If users report they can no longer access a piece of media, check the View Limit and Expiration Date on this page to see if the access window has closed.
  • Quick Content Navigation: Use the blue content link to quickly jump to the media content itself to verify its publishing status or edit the media file.
  • Per-Individual Tracking: If the Per Individual checkbox is checked, the view limit applies to each user separately (e.g., 100 views per user), rather than a shared pool of views for all users.
