Overview​

The Certificates section provides administrators with a comprehensive suite of tools to manage all certificate templates within the Magni Learning Management System. This central hub allows for the efficient creation, organization, and maintenance of all digital certificates that can be awarded to users upon course completion, assessment success, or other learning achievements.

From uploading new certificate designs to viewing detailed information, making necessary edits to their properties, and efficiently browsing through your entire library, this section ensures that your certificate management is streamlined and effective. You can easily prepare and deploy professional-looking certificates across your learning programs.

  • Certificates — Create: This page enables administrators to upload new PDF certificate templates to the system, allowing them to be assigned to courses or learning paths and awarded to users upon completion.
  • Certificates — Detail: This page allows administrators to view the contents, metadata, and associated tags of a specific certificate template, offering a live preview and options to manage or delete the record.
  • Certificates — Edit: This page provides the functionality to update an uploaded certificate's display name, preview the PDF file, and manage its associated tags for improved organization and searchability.
  • Certificates — List: This page offers a centralized view of all available certificate templates in the system, complete with powerful search, filter, and upload options for efficient administration.
