- Video: The filename of the video associated with the rule (displayed as a clickable link).
- Expiration Date: The date when the access rule expires and the video becomes unavailable.
- View Limit: The maximum number of times a user or group can view the video (e.g., "5 / user" or a flat limit like "100").
Search Bar
Use the search bar at the top of the list to quickly filter your video access controls by name.
Video Feature Disabled Alert
If video features are not enabled for your organization's account, the main list will be hidden, and you will see an alert banner instead.
⚠️ Feature Restricted

If you see this message, please contact your account manager or Magni sales to unlock video hosting and access control capabilities.

Tips
- Set View Limits Wisely: Use the "per user" view limits (e.g., 1 / user) for mandatory training videos to ensure users can only watch the content the permitted number of times.
- Monitor Expiration Dates: Regularly check the Expiration Date column to ensure active training materials have not inadvertently expired for your learners.
- Quick Search: If you have a large library of videos, use consistent naming conventions for your VACS (e.g., including the department or date) to make searching and filtering much faster.
