Product Checklist Issues — List
Last updated on: 2026-05-27 | Updated by: MAGNI Docs Team
The Admin Checklists Product Issues page allows administrators to monitor, filter, and manage quality or compliance issues flagged during product checklist completions. This centralized tracker helps teams identify recurring product issues, assign them to owners, and track their resolution status.
👤 User Role Access: This page is primarily accessible to Administrators and users with specific issue-tracking permissions.
Page Sections
The page is divided into several functional areas to help you locate, filter, and analyze product checklist issues.

Breadcrumb Navigation
Located at the top-left of the page, the breadcrumb trail allows you to quickly navigate back to the main Admin Dashboard or the Product Checklists main page.
Search and Action Bar
This bar contains tools to quickly search, export, or toggle advanced filters.
- New Issue Button: (Conditionally visible) This button appears only if you have permission to create issues and are currently viewing task-based issues. Click it to manually log a new issue.
- Search Bar: Type keywords in the "Search for issues..." field to instantly filter the list by issue names or descriptions.
- Export to Excel Button: Click the document icon to export the currently displayed table data to an Excel spreadsheet. This button is disabled if there are no issues in the list.
- Toggle Filters Button: Click the expand icon on the far right to show or hide the advanced filters panel.
Advanced Filters Panel
Expand this panel to narrow down the list of issues using specific criteria. After configuring your filters, click the Submit button to apply them.
- Assigned to me only: Check this box to display only the issues assigned directly to your user account. By default, this is unchecked for administrators.
- Tag Type & Tags: Filter issues by selecting a Tag Type and then choosing specific Tags associated with your checklists.
- Category: (Visible for Product Checklists only) Select a specific product checklist category from the dropdown menu to view issues within that category.
- Status: A multi-select dropdown that allows you to filter issues by their current workflow state (such as New, Assigned, In Progress, or Resolved).
- Submitted between: Select a start date and an end date using the date pickers to view issues submitted within a specific timeframe.
- Created Date: Select a Created Date to filter records based on their creation date. This filter is applied along with the selected Status. For example, if the selected statuses are Assigned, New, Hold, Resolved, and Closed, the results will display only the records that match both the selected statuses and the specified created date.
- Closed Date: Select a Closed Date to filter records based on their closure date. This filter is applied independently of the Status filter. Regardless of the statuses selected (e.g., Assigned, New, Hold, Resolved, and Closed), the results will include only the records whose Closed Date matches the selected date. The Status filter is not considered when the Closed Date filter is applied.
Issues List Table
The main table displays the filtered list of checklist issues.
- Checklist: Displays the name of the product checklist where the issue was flagged.
- Issues Count: Displays the total number of active issues logged against that specific checklist.
- Pagination Controls: Located at the bottom of the table, these controls allow you to navigate through multiple pages of issues. You can also use the dropdown menu on the right to change the number of items displayed per page (e.g., 50 items per page).
Common Actions
| Action | How to do it |
|---|---|
| Search for an issue | Type the issue name or keyword into the search bar at the top of the page. |
| Filter by status | Click the Status dropdown in the filters panel, check the statuses you want to view, and click Submit. |
| Export issue data | Click the Export to Excel (document icon) button next to the search bar to download the active table data. |
| Filter by submission date | Enter a start date and end date in the Submitted between fields, then click Submit. |
| Clear filters | Toggle the filters panel, clear your selections or date ranges, and click Submit to restore the default view. |
Tips
- Default Status Filter: By default, the tracker pre-selects "New", "Assigned", "In Progress", and "Resolved" statuses so you can focus on active issues. If you need to find archived or closed issues, remember to adjust the Status filter.
- Quick Export: The Excel export tool only exports the data currently visible in your filtered list. Apply your desired filters first before exporting to get a clean, targeted report.
- Date Range Constraints: When filtering by date, the system automatically prevents you from choosing a start date that is later than your selected end date.
