Overview​

The Groups section empowers administrators to efficiently organize learners within the Magni platform by creating and managing user groups. This functionality is crucial for structuring your learning environment, allowing you to assign specific courses and quizzes, manage passing thresholds, configure notification preferences, and categorize learners effectively by department, team, or customer account.

This central hub provides all the necessary tools for administrators to streamline training initiatives, ensuring that learning content is delivered to the appropriate users with tailored settings. You can easily create new groups from scratch, modify existing group configurations, view detailed information about any group, and manage group members and their assigned learning paths with ease.

  • Groups — Create: This page enables administrators to establish new learner groups from the ground up, defining their core details, assigning relevant learning content, and configuring initial settings such as notification preferences.
  • Groups — Detail: This page offers a comprehensive, read-only view of a specific group, allowing administrators to review group members, track assigned courses and quizzes, and understand overall group configurations.
  • Groups — Edit: This page provides the functionality to modify an existing group's settings, including its name, assigned courses and quizzes, auto-assignment rules based on quiz performance, and notification preferences for both learners and administrators.
  • Groups — List: This page serves as the main directory for all groups within the system, offering powerful tools to search, sort, create new groups manually, and perform bulk import and export operations for efficient group setup and population.
