Overview​

The Tags section provides a comprehensive suite of tools for administrators to manage the organizational taxonomy within the Magni LMS platform. Tags are essential for categorizing, filtering, and searching courses, content, and other learning resources, ensuring a structured and easily navigable learning environment for all users.

Administrators can leverage these pages to establish new tags, define their properties and hierarchical relationships, review detailed information about existing tags, and make necessary modifications to maintain an up-to-date and effective classification system. This centralized management helps streamline content organization and improves the discoverability of learning materials.

  • Tags — Create: This page allows administrators to define and establish new tags, specifying their name, type, and any parent-child relationships to build a robust classification system.
  • Tags — Detail: This page offers a comprehensive view of a specific tag, displaying its properties, associated media or hyperlinks, and any linked learning assets.
  • Tags — Edit: This page enables administrators to modify the properties of an existing tag, including its name, type, parent tag, and associated external resources or access controls.
  • Tags — List: This page provides a centralized interface to view, search, filter, and create all tags configured within the Magni LMS platform.
